Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering duties and processing customer purchases
• Stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts
• Adhering to cash policies and company procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
