Job Description: Store Team Member at Aldi

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Key Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register operation experience.
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively in a team or independent setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
