Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and use store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
