Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your primary focus will be to enhance the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
