Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Ability to use designated equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
