Job Description

We are seeking a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies while performing various tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management, monitor product quality, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Operate equipment efficiently, including cash registers, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to handle customer inquiries and operate equipment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience as a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
