Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Follow company policies, stay organized, and multitask effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
