Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively
• Assisting in store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy
• Operating cash register efficiently
• Following company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Good communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
