We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning duties and maintaining store appearance.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays efficiently.
• Providing prompt and friendly customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
