Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role by assisting with merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Uphold company standards and policies while ensuring data security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
