Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks, including stocking shelves and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
