Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
