Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
