Superintendent - Restoration

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Superintendent to join our team at BluSky, a leading restoration company. The Restoration Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, managing vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring top-quality customer assistance throughout the process. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in WRT, ASD, and Mold, with expertise in mitigation, first responder, and emergency services.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and project resources to meet industry standards.
• Execute proper subcontractor agreements and manage project schedules.
• Achieve billing, revenue, and profit margin goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience preferred.
• Project management experience required.
• Willingness to travel for emergency and non-emergency losses.
• Effective communication skills with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
