Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. As the Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. Your role will involve vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage field operations according to project scope.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise subcontractors and project resources efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Develop project schedules and mentor junior team members.
- Meet or exceed project profitability goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in construction, general contracting, or restoration.
- Project management experience preferred.
- WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications a plus.
- Effective communication skills and ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
