Superintendent - Restoration

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. As the Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. Your duties will include vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restoration projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with occupants and property owners to address their needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building permits, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Supervise subcontractors and BluSky personnel to maintain project standards.
• Update project schedules, handle change orders, and track project profitability.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential and commercial construction experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel for emergency and non-emergency losses nationwide.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Work Environment
