Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restoration Superintendent to oversee and manage all restoration, reconstruction, and improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be detail-oriented, and prioritize customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in mitigation, emergency services, and certifications in WRT, ASD, and Mold.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, procure materials, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Work closely with occupants and property owners to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
