Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. As a Restoration Superintendent, you will oversee all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring top-quality customer service throughout the process. Certifications in WRT, ASD, and Mold are highly desired, along with the ability to manage mitigation, first responder, and emergency services jobs.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, subcontractors, and project resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company best practices.
- Track project schedules, profitability goals, and manage change orders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience preferred.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for emergency and non-emergency projects nationally.
- Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Job Demands
The role requires occasional travel and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable working in a quiet office environment and be able to move around the office regularly.
