Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our team at BluSky, a leading restoration company. As a Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assistance. You will work closely with occupants and property owners to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, ensuring compliance with scope, permits, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and BluSky personnel, optimizing project resources for cost-effectiveness.
- Execute proper subcontractor agreements, manage project schedules, and mentor junior team members.
- Achieve or exceed billing, revenue, and profit margin goals set by BluSky.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience and ability to travel for emergency and non-emergency losses.
- Effective communication skills with clients and project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
