Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. The Restoration Superintendent will oversee all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring high-quality work, adherence to budget and schedule, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications and be able to manage mitigation, first responder, and emergency services jobs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, subcontractors, permits, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Develop project schedules, mentor junior team members, and represent BluSky emergency mitigation on-call management.
- Meet or exceed billing, revenue, and profit goals while securing fair pricing and tracking change orders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for both emergency and non-emergency projects.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
