Job Description - Superintendent
We are looking for a skilled Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. As the Restoration Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and construction, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including vendor selection, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Work closely with occupants and property owners to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Obtain necessary permits, adhere to regulations, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental guidelines.
- Supervise BluSky personnel and manage subcontractors effectively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential and commercial construction or restoration experience.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel for both emergency and non-emergency purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
