Superintendent - Restoration

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join our team at BluSky. The Restoration Superintendent will oversee all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires working closely with vendors, occupants, and property owners to guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations, including vendor selection, permits, OSHA compliance, and quality control.
• Supervise BluSky personnel and subcontractors on projects.
• Office management tasks, such as subcontractor agreements, invoicing, and project scheduling.
• Ensure project profitability by meeting billing, revenue, and profit margin goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel for emergency and non-emergency projects.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Job Demands

The role involves occasional travel and physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds and walking around the office.
