Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to join BluSky as part of our restoration team. The Restoration Superintendent will oversee all restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality work. The ideal candidate will possess WRT, ASD, and Mold certifications, with experience in mitigation, first responder, and emergency services.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned restoration projects, including oversight of subcontractors and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Project Director on project scope and changes.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction or restoration.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Ability to travel for emergency response across the nation.
- Effective communication skills with clients and project teams.
