Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our fast-growing team at ALDI. As we aim to become one of the top U.S. grocery retailers, this role plays a critical part in managing and administering supply chain programs to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing and streamlining supply chain operations for optimal efficiency, leveraging expertise in SAP Transportation Management, ETL processes, and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, recommending process improvements, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights for the team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategy under direct leader guidance.
• Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards to streamline information dissemination.
• Test new procedures and systems, communicating effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to ALDI privacy and security policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business.
• Extensive experience in data analysis preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Combination of office and remote work.
• Physical abilities such as sitting, reaching, grasping, and occasional lifting.

Travel

• Minimal travel required for job-related duties.
