Job Description
As the Team Leader at Jack in the Box Store 7139, you will play a crucial role in supervising and training team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This involves maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and adhering to company procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience with full workstation certification or 1 year of supervisory experience in the service industry.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and hold ServSafe certification where required. Strong communication skills, ability to work well in diverse teams, basic mathematical proficiency, and integrity are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for a majority of the shift, lift moderate weights, operate a cash register, and understand guest orders.
