Job Description
Toyo Tires is looking for a skilled Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team at the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining tire specifications, ensuring quality, performance, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create and verify experimental tire building specifications.
- Conduct controlled experimental tire builds and coordinate confirmation testing.
- Analyze test tire sections to understand failure modes.
- Develop and maintain production tire building specifications.
- Coordinate tire builds, testing, and material evaluation programs.
- Present information effectively in meetings and reports.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with one to two years of related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
