TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is looking for a skilled Tire Design Engineer to oversee the tire manufacturing process, introduce new tire lines, maintain plant specifications, and enhance overall tire performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify experimental tire building specifications.
• Conduct controlled experimental tire builds.
• Analyze cured tire appearance and accuracy.
• Understand and analyze tire testing methods.
• Coordinate production tire building specifications.
• Review factory processing and tire sections.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Perform competitor tire analysis and introduce new materials.
• Write reports and present information effectively.
• Maintain existing specifications and support production departments.

Education and Experience

Engineering degree with related experience or equivalent.
