Toyo Tires, a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking a Tire Design Engineer for our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tire manufacturing processes, testing methods, and performance requirements. Responsibilities include creating experimental tire building specifications, analyzing test tire sections, coordinating production processes, and resolving production issues.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue experimental tire building specifications.
• Conduct experimental tire builds and verify component accuracy.
• Analyze test tire sections and understand failure modes.
• Coordinate production processes and confirm tire appearance and standards.
• Create mass production tire building specifications and maintain project schedules.
• Collaborate with Material Design Engineers on new materials introduction.

Education and Experience

Engineering degree and one to two years of related experience or equivalent.
