Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is looking for a talented Tire Design Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the tire manufacturing process, testing, and overall performance to introduce new tire lines and improve existing specifications. Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Conduct experimental tire builds and verify component accuracy.
- Analyze test tire sections and correlate failure modes to real-world conditions.
- Coordinate testing and production schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to evaluate new materials for production.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical preferred, with one to two years of related experience, or equivalent education and training.
