Job Description
We are looking for a Tire Design Engineer to join TOYO TIRE's new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating experimental and production tire building specifications, coordinating testing, analyzing tire performance, and improving overall tire quality. You will work closely with production departments to ensure successful tire manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental, initial production, and mass production tire building specifications.
- Coordinate tire builds and testing processes.
- Analyze test tire sections and understand failure modes.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials for tire manufacturing.
- Write reports and procedures as needed and present information effectively in meetings.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical from an accredited university with one to two years of related experience or equivalent.
