Job Description
We are looking for a Tire Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at TOYO TIRE. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the entire tire manufacturing process, focusing on tire construction, testing, and performance. Your responsibilities will include creating experimental and production tire building specifications, coordinating testing processes, analyzing tire sections, and resolving production issues to enhance overall tire performance.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Coordinate tire builds and testing processes.
- Analyze test tire sections and production anomalies.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials.
- Write reports, procedures, and effectively communicate findings.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree from an accredited university, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, along with one to two years of related experience or training.
