Job Description

Responsibilities
- Create experimental tire building specifications and conduct verification processes.
- Understand tire testing methods, analyze test tire sections, and correlate failures to real-world conditions.
- Create and issue production tire building specifications, maintain project schedules, and coordinate testing.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials to the plant.
- Write reports, present information in meetings, and effectively communicate with peers and management.
Education and/or Experience
Engineering degree from an accredited university, preferably in Mechanical, with one to two years of related experience or equivalent combination.
