Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is looking for a talented Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of the Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in creating, testing, and improving tire designs to meet the highest standards of performance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental tire building specifications.
- Conduct controlled experimental tire builds and coordinate confirmation testing.
- Analyze test tire sections and understand failure modes.
- Coordinate production tire builds and testing.
- Work with Material Design Engineers on introducing new materials.
- Write reports and procedures as needed.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical from an accredited university. 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
