Job Description
We are seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join TOYO TIRES, a leading international tire manufacturing company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the tire design process, ensuring quality, performance, and innovation in new and existing tire lines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental tire building specifications.
- Conduct controlled experimental tire builds and analyze test tire sections.
- Verify initial production component accuracy and placement.
- Coordinate production schedules and testing processes.
- Perform competitor tire analysis and collaborate with Material Design Engineers.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in tire design or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
