Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the tire manufacturing process, ensuring the quality, performance, and innovation of our products.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental tire building specifications and conduct controlled experimental tire builds.
- Analyze test tire sections to understand failure modes and correlate them to real-world conditions.
- Coordinate production tire builds, testing, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials to the plant.
- Write reports, procedures, and effectively communicate information to peers and management.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical from an accredited university with one to two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
