Job Description
We are seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team at TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the entire tire manufacturing process by creating and implementing experimental tire building specifications, conducting controlled experimental tire builds, performing cured tire analysis, and ensuring optimal tire performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Conduct controlled experimental tire builds and analyze test tire sections.
- Coordinate experimental and initial production tire builds and testing.
- Work with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate effectively with peers and management.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree and one to two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
