Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the tire manufacturing process, ensuring the quality, performance, and overall excellence of our products. This position requires a deep understanding of tire construction, testing, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental tire building specifications and conduct controlled experimental tire builds.
- Analyze test tire sections to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance.
- Develop and issue production tire building specifications and coordinate with production departments.
- Work on mass production tire building specifications and maintain project schedules.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials and suppliers.
- Write reports, conduct tire analysis, and present information effectively in meetings.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree with one to two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
