Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. seeks a passionate Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the tire manufacturing process, ensuring tire performance meets our high standards and driving ongoing innovation in our products.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental tire building specifications and conduct tire builds to verify accuracy and performance.
- Analyze test tire sections and correlate failure modes to real-world conditions.
- Coordinate production tire builds and testing, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials into production.
- Write reports, maintain specifications, and support plant production departments.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree with one to two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
