Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING INC. is seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the entire tire manufacturing process, tire construction, testing, and overall tire performance to introduce and maintain plant specifications, resolve production issues, and improve overall tire performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Conduct controlled experimental tire builds and analysis.
- Understand and analyze test tire sections and failure modes.
- Coordinate project schedules and testing processes.
- Perform competitor tire analysis and work with Material Design Engineers.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field with one to two years of experience.
