Job Description
Toyo Tires, a global leader in tire manufacturing, is looking for a Tire Design Engineer to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. This role involves creating and maintaining tire specifications, coordinating production processes, and ensuring optimal tire performance. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in introducing new tire lines, resolving production issues, and improving overall tire quality.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and verification of tire components during production.
- Analyze test tire sections to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance.
- Coordinate production schedules and testing activities.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers on material evaluations and introductions.
- Prepare and present reports and procedures to management.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree from an accredited university with one to two years of related experience.
