Job Description
We are looking for a talented Tire Design Engineer to join the Toyo Tires team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and innovation of our tire products to meet customer needs. This position involves creating experimental tire building specifications, conducting tire analysis, coordinating production processes, and introducing new materials into plant production.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Conduct experimental tire builds and analyze test tire sections.
- Coordinate production processes and perform cured tire analysis.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers on material evaluation programs.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure the timely completion of projects.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in Mechanical, with one to two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
