Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee cross-functional Late Development Teams.
- Develop and implement global product development strategies.
- Participate in governance reviews and strategic planning.
- Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance.
- Ensure timely escalation of risks and issues to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of global drug development experience.
- Prior leadership in late-stage drug development projects.
- Expertise in oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- MD, PhD, or PharmD required.
