Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field to join our team at Aldi. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in warehouse operations and collaborate with our dedicated warehouse staff. This position offers a 10-week program with 40 hours per week at $28.00 per hour, with a potential for full-time opportunities upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of warehouse operations and leadership by working closely with our team.
• Learn and understand relevant policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with training, administrative tasks, and creating a positive working environment.
• Participate in various tasks such as inventory control, waste walks, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on warehouse operations to ALDI executives.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
